This sander comes with pressure sensitive adhesive disc (PSA). Not variable speed. Just on/off switch.I replaced the PSA disc with hook&loop (H&L) disc.Works great for my needs. Had H&L sander disc already wanted to use them up first.

Missing a Vital Piece
Customers should know that there is no velcro on the head of this sander, so you will need to spend an extra $30 to add and glue on a Hook and Loop velco piece so that the sandpaper can be attached to the head. This information isn’t disclosed in the description. It’s not worth the headache and money.

This is a good random orbital sander. It is PSA, not hook and loop. I wanted PSA and they are not so common anymore so I was happy to find this sander.

Nowhere is it mentioned in the description that this is a 120V tool, not 240V. Unless you have a current AND a cycle converter (60->50, 120->220) then this tool will be USELESS to you.
