Great product at a good price.
I bought this instead of spending twice as much on the name brand version and it works great. Seems to be good quality and love that it uses my dewalt batteries I already have several of. The sandpaper attaches quick and easy and it is ready to goo. Doesn’t seem to drain the battery too fast.

Oh, Happy Day! I absolutely love this little beast!! Here’s why:It is lighter than I thought it would be (yay)!It uses my DeWalt batteries, which last FOREVER compared to other tool batteries.It is easy to use.Not to sound redundant, but…IT’S CORDLESS! YAY!I originally bought this when I couldn’t find my Mouse. After using it to refinish some free deck chairs I found down the road, I won’t go back! I love it, love it, love it!

When I ordered this sander, I didn’t have very high expectations. However, when it arrived and used it, it was very impressive. I was so impressed, I purchased another! The first one lasted about four weeks until the sanding pad completely separated from the unit. It really sucked but I had a backup…that lasted about three days after the first one crapped out. The second one just stopped working consistently unless you applied pressure to a specific part of the battery. It was too big of a hassle so we don’t use them anymore. Outside the return window for both so I had to eat the cost of the sanders and all the extra sandpaper I bought specific to the sander. They are made very cheap and shouldn’t be associated with any DeWalt name at all.

A Compact and Very Handy Sander
I bought this “mouse”-style sander as a gift for my wife, whose Black and Decker unit wore out a while back. She uses it to buff down the granite sink and counters in our kitchen (our water is relentless in its power to encrust anything it touches). We were attracted by the cordless feature because of its safety when working near water. I already had two 20-volt DeWalt batteries for my drill, so that saved us quite a bit on the price. We’ve only had this item a short while, but so far it seems, with its clothing-iron shape, to be exactly what is needed for the job.

Great Little Sander…
Great little sander! It will only take the small 3AH Dewalt batteries. This supplier also gave me an assortment of sandpaper graded pads and they seem to be very good quality. When I used them they didn’t wear down at all.
