Sp air 1765hd. Astro pneumatic also makes one of these. But my ingersoll rand tools hold up for decades, curious to see how this new one will do.

The only issue I have with most air tools in the noise. Whether they are under load or not, they are still pretty noisy. For someone like me who suffers from migraine headaches air tools are just a little to noisy. But I really do see there value in a busy work shop. Cordless power tools or impact wrenches have come a long long way. The day will come when there are no benefits to air tools.
I had a version of this many years ago, Ingersoll called it the reactionless ratchet, good tool but it was overpowered and would wear out the splines from the motor, hopefully it is better built.
Smaller any had is on any ratchet really is always a better ratchet all real auto mechanics really has got to have a ratchets really has got to into real tight area's

I’d love to take this apart. Does it have hammer and anvil mechanisms like the name implies? How does it switch between that and the pawl mechanisms?
