I get yelled at every day for holding the dry wall gun like a drill and taking forever! I’m a framer working for a drywall company as a framer but then I have to put up sheet rock which isn’t hard at all but I move like a tortoise on it’s back and I also get laughed at for having everything ridgid which has never failed me #workshopaddict
I do drywall I was doing some today and I normally work by myself and it is very hard to screw in screws by yourself that's how I found your video I was looking at this gun to see how it worked and if it would work good for me I would really like this thank you
I'm not also a drywall guy done several times when doing electrical jobs
The last time I did drywall my son punched the wall after playing Fortnight for 5 hours. : ) He helped and learned how to fix drywall.
Who won ?
I've done some in the past. Mostly just ripping down and replacing other peoples work. This would make redoing my kitchen ceiling next month so much easier as well as the work on the job site #workshopaddict
I have done sheetrock work. I have screwed it up. starting to build my shop…that beast will help me …#workshopaddict
?@?@
I've done sheet rock before and it was so so job but i have some more to do because of water leak in wall #workshopaddict
I have done drywall and yes I have made a mess. I do plan on doing more and would love to have this drill. #workshopaddict
I have finished a drywall install in my son's basement. First west put up 2" formular insulation and put in a full stud wall for power outlets. Then applied 1/2" 4×8 ' sheets (horizontal,) to minimized joints. Some of the edges took lots of adjustments and some homps needed extra work…We did screw all the sheets in so that made adjustments easier….way more time spent on drywall finishing than the rest of the job both sons learned a lot…#worshopaddict
I’ve done some dry walling in the past helping my father in law remodel his house. Have I messed it up before? Oh yeah!! The saying “measure twice, cut once” must not have sank in enough, as I ruined three sheets insulated his garage… I am planning on giving it another shot in my own garage sometime in the fall. Keep up the great tool reviews!! #workshopaddict
1. Yes, I have done drywall before mainly to repair damage areas around the house.
2. Yep, Screwed it up several times. Realized when I was a lot younger that doing drywall was not something I was good at.
3. Unfortunately, Yes. I live in a 30 year old home and I just had a leak in my upstairs bathroom shower which of course dripped water on my downstairs ceiling. The plumbers had to cut big holes in the ceiling sheetrock to fix the leak. Now I have to fix the holes. That tool looks like it would be a big time saver! #workshopaddict
Never done any drywall but I have a couple jobs I need to get started on! #workshopaddict
Do it on almost every job we do, there's always a screwup here and thy, and I'll be doing it again on Monday #workshopaddict
I would start doing drywall if I got this #workshopaddict
I do drywall occasionally. I try to leave it to the drywall guys. This tool would help make me better at it. #workshopaddict
1. Yes, I have 2. Yes, I did, it was terrible! The first couple of times the panels didn't line up, so many missed holes, mud all over the place… Ugh! But now after learning how to and some tricks, it is so much easier and quicker to do. Yeah, would be nice with a screw gun instead of doing each one individually… 3. Yes, have projects on the board to do especially building small houses in Baja for the needed down there especially when there isn't any electricity… #workshopaddict
I’ve done some drywall and I’m planning on doing drywall in my bathroom #workshopaddict
I've done my fair share of drywall in the past. I have screwed up cuts making them to big or not tight enough but nothing the finisher couldn't fix. I don't want to do more but working for a general contractor you never know. That would be great for hanging sheets on the ceiling. #workshopaddict
